About Me

Hello, lovelies! My name is Mary Danielson Perry and I'm a writer, women's health specialist, and recent transplant to the small city of Waco, TX. There, I live with my adorably bearded academic husband (Sam), an overgrown German Shepherd puppy (Seamus), and the biggest stash of floral fabrics west of the Mississippi. After learning to sew from my grandmother, I picked up the craft again in graduate school. It turns out, sewing pretty dresses is an excellent procrastination technique, when working on a dissertation! If you're looking for fitting tutorials, snazzy dresses, or chatter about the larger implications of this hobby, I'm your girl.
